Our client is a fast-growing Italian reality in international development operating for over 40 years in the field of image management. The positioning of their B2C ecommerce capacity has reached a consolidated and established European dimension.

New technically ambitious development projects have overcome the “awareness” phase and are entering the “go live” phase.

It is in relation to these projects that we are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

that together with the Customer Acquisition team is dedicated to the development of customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns on all European markets.

The candidate reporting directly to the Customer Acquisition Manager will focus on

  • Plan, manage, analyze, and optimize communication and customer acquisition campaigns through Google ads, Facebook, TikTok
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget according to the assigned objectives, maximizing the Cost per Acquisition and identifying increasingly effective ways to reach new customers
  • Perform daily A / B tests with creatives and copy
  • Carry out precise and effective reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager and the product team with the aim of increasing the conversation rate of new users and automatically increasing campaign results.

For optimal coverage of the position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience
in the management of Google, Facebook and Tik Tok customer acquisition campaigns, as well as Apple search ads.

A challenging profile open to process innovation, capable of managing the Budget assigned to the Customer Acquisition and constantly oriented towards process optimization.

Place of work: Emilia Romagna

Employment and remuneration contract: Permanent contract; the salary will be commensurate with the level of experience; smart working is forseen for this position. The research is aimed at people of both genders.
